2. Eligibility for Refunds

The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

4. Refund Process

Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@babycue.in.
